RETURNS

New and unworn/unwashed items purchased online are eligible for an exchange within 14 days after the product is received. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit. Please contact the shop at emberandstanleyshop@gmail.com for any return requests.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. 

Please notify us before shipping since we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification. 

• All defects need to be brought to our attention up to 3 days after receiving your package.
• We are not allowing returns on swimwear for Hygiene reasons.
• Unfortunately we can't accept returns on international orders. 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to Shopify's newest policy of non refundable fees when orders are being cancelled there's a 10% restocking fee for any cancellations once the order has been placed. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation
